Challenge
Marketing for the open enrollment benefits process at Comcast. This includes the need for an exploration of the user journey (UX) for the creation of the appropriate informational materials.
 
The Solution
Take a loose script from a year ago and a current communication strategy: add video, a sound track, a voice over and some animation. Mix it together.  Keep it corporate. Make it Something Good. 
 
Mission accomplished.

Follow this up with research and an audit of the internal website for UX design recommendations to build a site that elevates the specific content links that best match the user's needs.
 
Now add digital messaging and print communications for ~180,000 team members, helping them to understand and access the benefits Comcast offers and you are on to something great.
