Challenge
A brand refresh and usage guide for the Marin Poetry Center that would better support the goal of increasing the organization's appeal to youth. The strategy stressed the importance of a mark that would align with their new “Building Bridges to Poetry” messaging.
 
Solution
During the discovery phase the insight that the letter “M” from Marin and the silhouette of the Golden Gate bridge might have graphic similiarities that coud be leveraged led to further exploration. The end result was a classic initials style logo of “MPC” that incorporated a curved M styled like a suspension bridge. It was a great success… and led to the best stakeholder response ever…
